The visit of LAC Regional Director Daniel Zovatto will allow International IDEA Paraguay Programme to be officially launched. Regional Director Zovatto and Head of Paraguay Programme González-Prieto will be meeting with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Union as donor of the Programme, and the Electoral Tribunal of Paraguay as main counterpart and direct beneficiary of the Programme.
International IDEA Paraguay Head of Programme, Lourdes González-Prieto, will attend the International Seminar on Electoral Systems in Brasilia, where alternatives to reform the Brazilian electoral systems will be discussed.
