Este evento, el tercero bajo el paraguas de Protección de Elecciones en Panamá, reunió a más de 30 participantes, entre ellos representantes del Tribunal, la Fiscalía General de la República, otros organismos estatales clave, la academia y organizaciones de la sociedad civil. Los debates se centraron en la identificación y mitigación de los riesgos de fraude y corrupción, con especial atención al financiamiento político y de campañas.
